It was a good experience. I would not have had the faintest idea where to find drum supplies anywhere locally without running 20 to 30 miles to bigger towns. This was the first and only site I had to check to find what I needed.

The site was easy o navigate. I am almost internet illiterate yet I found exactly what I was looking for. I felt comfortable and informed the entire time.

I ORDERED RARE [SLINGERLAND] BASS DRUM HOOP CLAWS & THEY WERE AT MY DOOR ON THE THIRD MORNING...I WAS VERY HAPPY & PLACED A SECOND LARGER ORDER JUST TODAY...TN to FLA in 3 days. VERY COOL!.

Seem to have a good amount of stuff for those who enjoy tinkering with their drums. It would be nice to see a bit more variety in equipment and it has been at least a few months without their drumshell selection posted in their database. So they are a bit slow in updating parts of the site. All in all this is one of the best places to visit for materials and parts that I have found.

Drum Supply House is now and has been a consistent resource for my drumbuilding needs. Excellent selection prices Customer service and Reliability have been the standard in my experience with them. I will continue to support them by extending my business to them and I see no reason to shop anywhere else. to andy and the staff at DSH. I compliment you on refreshingly well run organization.
