It's pretty simple. Andy is professional has the goods in stock, and even matched a price for this budget conscious drummer. I grew up when there were still some "neighborhood music stores" where the owners would greet you and talk about music and musicians. Of course times change and although S.A. and G.C. are kind of "the norm" Andy's vibe made me think of those days.
Andy's email communication is quick and thorough and his personality and good business sense are as on time as Bernard Purdie or Levon Helm's groove.
