I have called as the last person was walking out of the door, at closing time, and gotten help right away. If I can find parts a little cheaper elsewhere I never buy from anywhere but Drum Supply House because of the way I have been treated and the quality of shells, hardware, and other parts I have received! A+++ in my opinion - if you go anywhere else you are crazy.

It was easy to locate what I was looking for through their web site. They not only had what I couldnt find anywhere in Phoenix. And, Phoenix is BIG... they had it in multiple finishes. They had exactly the size style and color of what I wanted. I ended up looking and finding additional parts that I had considered replacing, but thought I would never find. All the pricing was so reasonable I had to buy the additional parts too.
