This part goes onto the side of a snare drum , and is used to anchor the snare wires on the bottom drum head. This strainer DOES have the cut out to clear the center bead on our Black/Brass snare shells. They work with a Butt plate on the opposite side of the drum Mounting Screws ARE included. NOTICE: It is very common in our industry for black drum parts to have a wide range of color variation from part to part. Example: Hoops and tube lugs may be lighter black-chrome, where rods,lugs and other parts may be a darker solid black. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about this.
