Heavy-duty cast throw off in a classic throw off style is a great upgrade to a standard snare strainer throw off. Has fairly standard mounting holes that fit many snare drums. This part goes onto the side of a snare drum , and is used to anchor the snare wires on the bottom drum head. They work with a Butt plate on the opposite side of the drum Mounting Screws ARE included. This strainer is only recommended for snare drums at least 5.5 inches in deep–no shorter.
